SummerHill Rentals, LLC is seeking applicants for summer yard crew and apartment maintenance.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Grounds keeping, weed eating, mowing.
Cleaning, prepping and painting decks, post and steps, and exterior of buildings.
Prepping apartment units for flooring
Prepping floors for new wax
Moving appliances and building materials
Steam cleaning carpets
Applicants must be reliable, be able to do repeated heavy lifting and work.
Full time seasonal employment. Great for students!
