We have an exciting opportunity for a crew lead to oversee a crew and maintain lawns for our Commercial and Residential customers in the Moscow, Pullman, Lewiston, and Clarkston areas.

We're looking for individuals who can offer guidance, training, and support to ensure that daily tasks are efficiently completed to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities encompass aerating, mowing, trimming, and blowing off surfaces.
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Oversee and lead crew members to complete daily routes to company standards and client expectations
Operate lawn care equipment, such as aerators, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers, safely and efficiently
Mow and trim commercial and residential lawns
Edge and blow sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces to maintain a neat appearance
Follow safety guidelines and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
Variety of landscape/lawn care related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience with professional lawn care
Valid Driver's license, with a good driving record and reliable transportation to and from work
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, stand and walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Pass employment screening
Available to work four days a week, Tuesday through Friday, for shifts ranging from 9 to 11 hours each day
