Osprey Exterior Renovations LLC is looking for a several positions to join our ranks. We are a year round, busy company that specializes in siding, decks, and roofing. We are located in Moscow Idaho, and do work in the surrounding areas of both Washington and Idaho. We are looking for an independent minded team member who can work both alone and as part of a team to complete complex projects that require complex problem solving skills and adaptability. The positions are varied; no two days are the same and the ability to grow is required.
These are full time, year round positions. We do not downsize during winter or have time off between projects. We offer competitive wages and a full schedule with overtime, Monday to Friday 6:30am to 4:30pm. Bonuses and compensation packages are available after an initialization period. The position requires a license and clean driving record, as well as the ability to safely haul work trailers. Ability to drive standard transmissions is a plus. Bilingual is a plus.

JOURNEYMAN/MASTER CARPENTER $30 + DOE
We are seeking quality minded individuals who take pride in their work, with 3-5 + years of experience in residential remodel or new construction required. The ideal candidate would have:
- 3-5 years experience as a lead, or journeyman level carpenter
- Their own tools, hand and power tools
- General construction knowledge, including framing, foundations and footings
- Knowledge of siding and siding systems, including metal, lap, and board and batten
- Knowledge of roofing and roofing systems, including metal, composite, TPO and EPDM
- The ability to problem solve and troubleshoot common issues in roofing, siding and framing
- Good communication skills, both with the rest of the team and with customers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to drive normal jobsite machinery (telehandlers, lifts, skid steers)
- A clean driving record and valid license
JOURNEYMAN ROOFER $25 + DOE
We are seeking quality minded individuals who take pride in their work, with 2 + years of experience in residential remodel or new construction required. The ideal candidate would have:
- 2+ years experience as a lead, or journeyman level roofer
- Their own tools, hand and power tools
- General construction knowledge, including framing
- Knowledge of roofing and roofing systems, including metal, composite, TPO and EPDM
- The ability to problem solve and troubleshoot common issues in roofing
- Good communication skills, both with the rest of the team and with customers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- A clean driving record and valid license
JOURNEYMAN SIDER $25 + DOE
We are seeking quality minded individuals who take pride in their work, with 2 + years of experience in residential remodel or new construction required. The ideal candidate would have:
- 2 + Years as a lead or journeyman level siding installer
- Their own tools, hand and power tools
- General construction knowledge, including framing
- Knowledge of siding and siding systems, including metal, lap, and board and batten
- The ability to problem solve and troubleshoot common issues in roofing and siding
- Good communication skills, both with the rest of the team and with customers
- Ability to lift 50 lbs unassisted
- A clean driving record and valid license
