Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or financial analysis.
Proficiency in ERP software systems and Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Description of Duties:
Cost Data Management: Enter, develop, and maintain standard cost data for materials, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and COGS posting.
BOM Analysis: Perform detailed bills of materials (BOM) analysis and verification, ensuring accuracy and reliability in manufacturing processes.
Production Order Reconciliation: Ensure all production orders are reconciled correctly and promptly investigate any discrepancies.
Variance Analysis: Analyze manufacturing variance accounts to provide insights and explanations for management decision-making.
Compliance and Control: Assist in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404, maintaining internal control documentation and conducting internal control testing.
Team Support: Provide backup and support to accounting colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as required to support financial operations and strategic initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of US GAAP.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
