Job DescriptionAn employer in the Everett, WA area is actively seeking an Employee Development Specialist to join their team to support with new hire training for their Manufacturing floor. This person will be engaging in efforts for training and foundational skill building for new hires on manufacturing, quality, and materials management. The candidates selected for this role will serve as instructors for specialized content for one or multiple skillsets (i.e. structural, electrical, repair, functionality testing, quality, seals, systems, etc.) and will facilitate learning events by teaching, coaching, observing, and tracking student performance per training requirements. They will be customizing learning programs, courses, and presentations and serve as a subject matter expert for training consultation services both hands on and in a formal classroom setting. It is important these candidates have strong written and verbal communication, ability to understand regulations and standards and communicate them in a digestible manner, as well as collaborate effectively with stakeholders and service providers. 3+ years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing, (Electrical/Maintenance/QA/Structures on Aircraft)

Experience in instructing/training (speaking in front of 25 or more)

Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings and templates

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook)

Positive attitude and passion for Aerospace or Instructing

Background Check + Drug Screen Associates or Bachelors Degree
