JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for accuracy, competency and efficiency when conducting tasks related to work area.

Follow Work Instructions and processes to ensure manufactured parts and kit content meet the company's FAA-approved Quality Management System.

Perform quality checks, audits and inspections required and is accountable for the quality of any finished product, subassembly and/or installed components.

Document production operations in corresponding records and/or log sheets in accordance with work instructions.

Regularly perform routine cleaning and maintenance procedures for equipment and the manufacturing area.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement of plant operations by supporting LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives.

Adhere to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, and ergonomics during performance of assigned duties.

Stage materials for order processing and perform timely and accurate completion of transaction (labor and material).

Assist with investigating and implementing new production methods.

Maintain a clean, organized and safe environment throughout the warehouse.

QUALIFICATIONS

Familiarity with basic aviation tooling, measuring equipment, pneumatic and hand tools.

Possess experience with countersinking and drilling in carbon fiber and thin sheet metal.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, typical administrative tools, i.e., phone systems, messaging tools (Outlook) and network applications.

PAY

$25/hr-$30/hr depending on experience.

SHIFT

Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm.
