Job DescriptionJob Description: · As a Product Assembler/Operator on our Fluke team you will perform mechanical and/or electromechanical processes to produce quality, sellable product.Responsibilities: · Prepare, process, clean, install, assemble, rework, calibrate, test, inspect, and package products. · Set up, operate and/or maintain production equipment, machines and tools using process documents, diagrams, and written instructions in support of production goals. · Collect, analyze, and report data from production processes requiring basic mathematical knowledge. Counts, sorts, labels, and packages assembled materials. May disassemble and re-work and test. · Encouraged to participate in continuous improvement and Lean processes as appropriate based upon assigned levels. · Can work with little to no mentorship to deliver against own tasks and understand how their tasks affect others. · Uses existing procedures to perform straightforward tasks but communicate opportunities to address problems.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
