Visiting Angels is looking to add an Staffing Coordinator to our team! This is an in office position in our Bellingham location, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm.

-Provide in-home care services in Whatcom, Skagit, San Juan, Snohomish and Island counties

How does an Staffing Coordinator contribute?
-Provide support to care manager in staffing cases to fit each individual's unique needs/expectations
-Providing phone support and transferring calls as needed
-Ensuring caregivers are feeling confident and supported in their schedules
-Performing/assisting with other office duties as needed
Qualifications:
-Ability to thrive in a team atmosphere
-Ability to operate a multi line phone system
-Ability to listen and communicate effectively
-Ability to effective prioritize tasks in a high pace environment
-Basic computer skills
Pay starts at $22 per hour DOE plus benefits
