We are a small Bellingham based Electrical Contractor that is offering a versatile role combining primary accounting functions with administrative support.
What You’ll Do
Accounting & Financial Management
Process accounts payable & receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
Prepare and record journal entries with proper attribution.
Track and process payroll for less than 10 employees.
Maintain credit card spending oversight and ensure appropriate fund transfers.
Excise and quarterly taxes. Support external CPA with tax preparation.
Business Administration & Compliance
Maintain, corporations, and contractor licenses with federal and state agencies.
Keep up with annual filings, insurance records, and compliance documentation.
Organize and distribute mail and critical business documents.
You’re a Great Fit If You Have:
2+ years of experience.
Accounting (handling AR/AP, payroll, and journal entries).
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (non-negotiable).
The ability to work independently, manage tasks, and prioritize effectively.
