We are currently looking for the right person to join our growing business. We are looking for a happy, motivated, and organized self-starter to jump into an office admin support role. We are a local water restoration contractor that has been in business since 2017. This position does not require any industry background as we are happy to train the right person.
This position is 40 hours per week. 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
General Responsibilities
Providing excellent phone-based customer service
Answering incoming phone calls and transferring to appropriate departments
Knowledge of office administration and organizational skills
Organize and manage multiple daily operations for the office and supplies
Help organize lead and referral systems
Take initial customer information on new calls
Manage our Employee Calendar with Vacation Requests, Birthdays and Date of Hire
Data Entry, Microsoft Word, Excel
Light Filing
Open to organizing new office projects
Communicate with staff, owner, & Dept heads with vendors & customer coordination.
Responding to customer information requests
Dependability and reliable transportation is key
Assisting the Marketing Department with gift deliveries.
