Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations.
Answer phone calls with professionalism and maintain effective phone etiquette.
Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents for easy access.
Assist in calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide support to executives or team members as needed.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office management.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently.
Proficiency in clerical duties and familiarity with office equipment.
Spanish speaking candidates are preferred, but not required.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with calendar management tools and software is a plus.
