What You'll Do:

Strategic Leadership: Drive organizational growth and sustainability, develop strategic partnerships, and spearhead fund development efforts to further MHC's mission and vision.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Board of Directors and staff leadership team to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment of goals and objectives.

Program Development: Lead the development and delivery of high-quality recreation and social programs that promote individual autonomy, dignity, and community engagement.

Financial Stewardship: Lead fundraising and oversee budget development and financial performance tracking, ensuring the organization remains financially sound and accountable.

Qualities We're Looking For:

Passion: A deep commitment to MHC's mission and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.

Communication Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities to effectively collaborate with team members, program participants, families, and community partners.

Leadership Experience: Experience managing budgets, fundraising, and leading teams in a nonprofit or similar setting.

Inclusivity: A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by individuals with disabilities.

Benefits and Compensation:

Competitive salary of $70,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience.
