Job Summary: Express Employment in Bellingham is recruiting Food Production/Machine operator for a busy production company in Bellingham. This company has upward mobility and always hire from within, profit sharing, and looking for their next long-term employee!
Job Duties & Responsibilities include:
-Reading, following recipes, and product outlines
-Sets up, operates, and sanitizes food production equipment ( Ball cutters 420 & 700, bibun, large silent cutter, surimi layout, high speed shredder, and suwari steamers)
-Attention to detail, quality, and safety
-Excellent communication skills
-Will verify lot numbers correlate with product outline and production schedule.
-Will prepare and verify amount per load and on layout cart for the individual mixers running in production
-Using proper loading technique will load and operate the thawing machine
Performs assembly and disassembly of all mixing and equipment parts
-Keeping a clean work space

Shift: 9:00pm-5:00AM Must be available 7 days a week with rotating days off
Pay: $18.72 per hour
Location: Bellingham, WA (on bus line)
