Downtown law office specializing in estate planning and probate is seeking an administrative assistant to add to our team. In addition to providing excellent customer service to our clients, this position provides a high level of administrative support to various staff members, which requires a high level of organizational skills to prioritize and complete multiple delegated tasks in a timely manner.
TASKS include but are not limited to the following:
Client intake and scheduling for new and returning clients;
Providing prompt responses to a high-volume of client communications;
Drafting of various client communications and correspondence;
Set up and maintenance of client files and filing systems, purging of obsolete or incorrect file information, and performance of special projects as directed;
Scanning, copying, and digital file maintenance;
Preparation of mailings and other various administrative tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
A high level of organization and attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Fluency in Microsoft Suite (familiarity with CLIO legal management software is a plus)
Technologically savvy; ability to easily use standard office equipment
Ability to follow established systems and procedures
Experience with paperless office systems
A willingness to learn and grow professionally
