What We Promise to Offer You:
Competitive Compensation: hourly rate from $42-48, depending on experience, equivalent to $85,000 - $100,000 salary for full time hours. With additional opportunities for workshop income and professional growth.
Non-Traditional Approach: We embrace a future forward and holistic approach to physical therapy, focusing on the overall well-being of our patients through collaboration with an on-site MD and her team practicing along side us.

1:1 Patient Care: Dedicate your time effectively with a one-on-one patient care model, ensuring personalized and consistent treatment.
Continuing Education & Certification Support: Benefit from dry needling con-ed reimbursement and financial support for certifications earned or interested in.

Who You Are:
WA State Licensed Physical Therapist: With a passion for orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and outstanding patient outcomes.
Experienced in Orthopedics & Sports Rehabilitation: Enthusiastic about handling a diverse caseload focused on orthopedic, sports, and athletic injuries.
Community Builder & Forward-Thinking Leader: Committed to setting a positive example, nurturing a collaborative team atmosphere, and excited about potential digital experiences interacting with the community through sports and wellness offerings.
Tech-Savvy Professional: Proficient in utilizing cutting-edge technology and industry advancements to improve patient engagement and streamline operations. We are currently testing AI scribing to reduce the documentation workload (YAY!).
Pay & Benefits Information:
Part Time:
Hourly: $42-48, depending on experience, equivalent to $85,000 - 100,000 for full time hours.
One week paid PTO/ Sick time
401K plan with 3% employer match
Unlimited unpaid time off used responsibly
Access to our direct primary care physician plan on site
Full Time:
Base Salary: $42-48 per hour, depending on experience, equivalent to $85,000 - 100,000 for full time hours.
Two weeks paid PTO/ Sick time year one
Unlimited unpaid time off used responsibly
Continuing education funds
401K plan with 3% employer match
Direct primary care physician model on site.
