About this position:
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to fill the role of Wellness Assistant. As a team member, you will manage our prospective member's experience in joining our Wellness Community. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Assisting with our Community Educational Events
Organizing and filling our Educational Events
Moderating live webinars
Connecting with Prospective Members and assisting them in our lead flow process
Assisting the business to meet its marketing and revenue goals
Tracking our stats to help the team see what is working
Making phone calls to connect, pre-educate, and schedule
Working with marketing professionals to develop marketing campaigns
Skills and Competencies
Computer proficiency - Google Workspace, Calendly, MailChimp
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding personal and work ethic
Ability to organize and prioritize daily workload for efficiency
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to take the initiative for creating and developing new opportunities and projects

Job Type: Full-time, In-Person
Location: Bellingham, WA
Pay: depends on resume and previous experience, paid by the hour 40 hours per week
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Tuesday evenings, some weekend training.
Travel: Willing to travel with the team to San Antonio 1-2 times a year for Business Coaching, Professional and Personal Development
