We are seeking a dedicated and versatile full-time Household Manager, Cleaner, and Personal Assistant to oversee the daily care and operation of a private residence in the Blaine / Birch Bay area. Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping & Cleaning
Maintain the home to luxury hotel standards: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all living spaces.
Deep-cleaning on a routine schedule (baseboards, windows, appliances, and high-touch surfaces).
Laundry and linen care, including proper handling of delicate fabrics and wardrobe organization.
2. Household Management
Keep the household organized and stocked with essential supplies.
Monitor and restock groceries, pantry, and household items.
Oversee and coordinate with outside vendors or service providers (contractors, deliveries, maintenance).
3. Groundskeeping & Exterior Upkeep
Maintain patios, entryways, and exterior windows.
Light yard work such as sweeping, seasonal upkeep, and small-scale maintenance.
4. Errands & Personal Assistance
Grocery shopping, supply runs, and local errands.
Deliver documents to courthouses or other offices as needed.
Assist with scheduling household services and maintaining household records.
5. Confidential Personal Support
Provide day-to-day personal assistance in managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and supporting household operations.
Exercise discretion and judgment at all times, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the household.

Requirements
Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided for errands).
Proven track record in professional cleaning, household management, or personal assistant roles.
