Great Harvest Bread Co. is seeking a BAKER to join our crew! If you appreciate being part of a team, love the magic of made-from-scratch bread and sweets, then this job might be perfect for you.

EARLY MORNING PRODUCTION BAKER
Hours vary within 5:00 am-2:00 pm Monday-Saturday.
Duties include:
Making sweets and bread from scratch. Must have exacting attention to detail.
Working efficiently both independently and as part of a fast-paced team
Kneading and Baking a high volume of bread
A passion and desire to make high quality baked goods
Cleaning the entire production area after a busy day
Physical strength and stamina
A good mind for math
A current WA food handler’s permit
Must be over the age of 18 due to the federal safety laws surrounding some of the equipment we use.
We will train, but experience in high volume baking, food prep, and/or cooking is required.
MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK ALL SUMMER LONG, THE DAYS PRIOR TO THANKSGIVING, THE WEEK BEFORE DECEMBER 25TH, AND THE DAYS PRIOR TO EASTER.
