We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for creating excellent coffee and customer service experiences.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee drinks and food items to customers
Maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment
Manage inventory and stock supplies when needed
Provide prompt and friendly customer service
Explain menu items and make recommendations to customers
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Willingness to learn about coffee and the coffee industry
