We are looking for an enthusiastic hospitality driven individual to take initiative in making our FOH operation even better. This is dynamic role with a high level of care and attention to detail; a fantastic opportunity for the right motivated person. We are looking for someone who has the technical ability on an espresso machine to whip up high quality drinks, but also has the grit and hustle to work the dish pit, run/bus, deep clean, GET SHIT DONE. No one on our team is above doing the dirty work and a huge part of our culture is a everyone on the team working towards the same goals.
We need someone who can make a minimum 1-year commitment and work a range of 2-4 shifts per week. After 6-months, all employees are put into a profit share pool and pay increases become more and more incentivizing as your tenure increases. This is a part time job in terms of hourly commitment, but certainly not a casual/careless commitment in regards to what we expect from our employees and what our employees can expect from the business.
