Job Responsibilities:Triage and respond to inbound partner inquiries (case management) Monitor partner adherence to program compliance and oversee internal and external communications with key stakeholders Manage partner onboarding communications Review new partner account setup to ensure accuracy Update account and user setup when program enrollment changes Oversee legal requirements including agreement amendments, processing of mergers/acquisitions, rebrands, and partner terminations Manage the administration of partner facing communications as needed, including webinars, monthly newsletter submissions, community posts, the oversight of respective calendars, and upload of posts/assets as needed Write draft copy for communications as needed in support of key stakeholders Proof partner facing newsletters prior to release Review and maintain data integrity in CRM periodically Support Partner Programs and Strategy team with event planning and logistics management Support Programs team as needed on various team projects
