Job Title : Hadoop Developer / Data Engineer

Job Location : Remote as of now Responsibilities:Responsible for Development, implementation & maintenance of various data feeds in Azure cloud environment.Build data movement pipelines that meet all functional & non-functional requirementsData aggregation jobs in a production environment as well as tune and optimize existing code base for multiple data products.Process structured and unstructured data, validate data quality, and help design data quality tests in a big data environmentMaintain the parser and automated processes. Perform daily check to verify the integrity.Monitor & Manage Scheduler/work load management tool.Develop efficient feature capabilities to support proper data extraction & curation for analytical purposesDevelop self-service analytics to enable users to better understand and assess impacts of key business drivers on financial results.Skillset:5+ years working as data engineer / developer (Azure cloud experience, Hadoop technology experience preferred)5+ years of experience in developing and supporting Java, Spark applications in a distributed platform.5+ years of experience in data warehousing (or) big data environment, preferably in wireless industry.Experience building & optimizing data pipelines on cloud solutions such as Azure, Apache Spark in Azure Synapse. Familiar with Spark MLlib, SParkSQL, Shell Scripting programming, Java.Extensive experience in Azure Data Explorer; ADLS & Azure Synapse; Azure log analytics & Devops.Writing complex SQL statements and performing data discoveryProven experience with data modeling, complex data structures, data processing, data quality, and data lifecycle, Agile methodology.Experience in API design, SDK architecture, and mobile software lifecycle development practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
