Description:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Match incoming cash receipts (checks and ACH payments) with open invoices. Monitor and maintain assigned accounts on daily basis - Customer calls, payment status via customer portals, account adjustments, customer reconciliations. Contact customers with overdue accounts and resolve billing issues. Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department. Enlist the efforts of sales managers and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process.Skills:Collection, Customer service, Collection calls, Accounts receivable, Credit analysis, Collections customer serviceAdditional Skills & Qualifications: BA/BS Degree preferred Must have the highest level of integrity and business ethics.
