Clements Tent Rentals is seeking a motivated, reliable, and physically capable Rental Technician to join our team. This role is essential to our event rental operations and includes installing tents, staging, flooring, delivering, setting up and breaking down of rental items, and maintaining warehouse efficiency. Work is conducted primarily outdoors in various weather conditions and can be physically demanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Installation & Setup:
Install tents, stages, dance floors, tables, and chairs at customer sites
Deliver and set up accessories, flatware, glassware, and other rental items
Delivery & Transportation:
Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently
Drive company vehicles including 26’ box trucks and smaller trucks with trailers
Ensure timely and professional delivery and pickup of rental items
Warehouse & Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization
Prepare rental orders and restock equipment
Assist with repair and maintenance of rental equipment when needed
Customer Interaction:
Communicate professionally and courteously with clients on-site
Provide top-tier service that reflects Clements Tent Rentals’ reputation
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift and carry 60+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Valid U.S. driver's license required
Ability to pass a drug test
Experience driving a 26' box truck and towing trailers is highly preferred
Strong customer service and teamwork skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Availability to work overtime during peak seasons (Spring and Fall)
Willingness to focus on warehouse responsibilities during off-peak months (Winter/Summer)
Schedule:
Hours of Operation: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Workload:
Peak Seasons (Spring & Fall): Higher workload, overtime expected
Off-Peak Seasons (Winter & Summer): Focused on warehouse duties
