Lead Cook/Assistant Manager

Mochiko Hawaiian BBQ is expanding, and looking for a Lead Cook and Assistant Manager to run its newest ghost kitchen in Richmond. Qualified applicants will ideally have good communication skills, be a problem-solver, and have a solid background in line cooking and short order cookery. Catering experience is a plus.
