Deep Run Roadhouse has a busy catering season ahead of us!
We are looking for weekend warriors to join our catering team. We only require that you work an average of 2 shifts a month, but you can work as much as you want. You will have the flexibility to sign up for the events you want, and only work the events that are convenient for you! Most events are on Saturday evenings.
The starting pay rate is $20 an hour. Tips average around 20-40 per event, some can bring in as much as $100+ per person. With the $20 hourly rate and tips that works about to about $25 per hour. You also get paid weekly!
We have a great training program and will teach you everything you need to know. The only thing we require is hard work, team work, communication, and reliability.
Already have catering experience? Great! We will be in need of bartenders and captains.
Job Description
- Arrive on-site at a scheduled time. Most venues are in Richmond, but we never travel more than an hour away
- Unload catering vehicle. Must be able to comfortably lift 35 pounds and work 8 hour shifts.
- Assist with setting up Appetizer Stations, Buffet, Bar, and Drink Stations
- Serve guests on a buffet line
- Bus and Clear tables
- Keep venue clean
- Load up catering vehicle at the end of the shift.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be available to work Saturday Evenings
