Clean Eatz is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in overseeing all restaurant operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant. Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations
Lead, mentor, and guide direct reports, including the Meal Prep Lead, Line Cook Lead, and Front of House Lead
Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and execute business strategies
Ensure adherence to Clean Eatz standards for quality, cleanliness, and customer service
Assist in hiring, training, and development of staff
Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
Qualifications:
Management experience is required; restaurant experience is preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Flexible schedule with weekend availability
Some college education preferred
