We’re seeking change leaders, talent strategists, employee advocates and culture architects to enable our teams, partners, and businesses to do and be their best.In this position…The Director of Talent Sourcing will design, build and grow the Sourcing team to support all areas of business across Ford Motor Company in the U.S. This role will be responsible for leading and managing all sourcing, talent market intelligence and research activities with a focus on the attraction of qualified candidates to produce talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across the organization.Successful candidates are experienced in sourcing leadership with high level strategic thinking skills and the ability to build a world class team combined with proven success in utilizing social media, networking and research skills to uncover great talent.What you'll do…

Develop strategies, in collaboration with recruiting leadership, to ensure talent pipelines are robust and there are qualified candidates to support current and projected future hiring needs.

Develop processes, structure and SLAs to support the recruiting organization with proactive sourcing strategies.

Build and lead a team of sourcing specialists dedicated to sourcing and pipelining talent for all roles within the organization.

Monitor candidate quality and sources across the team ensuring timely and efficient delivery of qualified talent.

Hold sourcing team accountable to key metrics such as candidate experience, quality of pipeline, quality of slate, and time to source.

Partner with Talent Acquisition peers to understand internal client hiring needs and translate this data this data into strategic sourcing plans.

Negotiate contracts with external vendors and monitor contract terms and conditions, compliance and service quality.

You'll have…

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a recruiting / sourcing capacity, with a minimum of 4 years of experience dedicated to building/growing a sourcing function

At least 5 years directly managing people, including hiring, developing and motivating a team

Has developed strategy and structure of a sourcing team, building the processes and team required to support an organization’s hiring needs

Proven track record of creatively sourcing and hiring top talent at all levels of the organization

Experience creating and delivering on diversity pipeline success

Experience with Search Engine Marketing/Search Engine Optimization tools for market intelligence and key social media tools for recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X)

Experience with Talent Acquisition technology such as applicant tracking systems, CRM, etc.

Established social media presence and extensive network
