We focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers.   The Work   ICF is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support a new Salesforce.com implementation within the Department of Transportation. Our services focus on enabling agency mission and business transformation using industry-leading low-code platforms, mobile applications, robotics process automation, and data analytics platforms. The programs will have a focus on offering a full range of architecture and planning, system implementation, integration, analytics, and O&M for our customers.  As a Quality Assurance Analyst at ICF you will have the opportunity to work on new and exciting projects and develop your career.   What you will be doing:

Analyzing user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility 

Collaborate closely with other team members and departments 

Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) 

Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies 

Provide timely solutions 

Apply quality engineering principles throughout the Agile product lifecycle 

Provide support and documentation

Lead the UAT effort

Report bugs and errors to development teams

Help troubleshoot issues

Passion for delivering defect free software 

Based on your experiences and interests, we may ask you as a technology professional to support growth-related activities, including (but not limited to) RFI, RFP, prototypes, and oral presentations. Team members are also expected to uphold and maintain appropriate certifications as necessary for their practice expertise. What you must have:  

4+ years' experience in testing web applications, and or client/server applications

Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust

US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).

MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

What we would like you to have:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

Strategic perspective and business acumen - Looks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/ challenge; can easily pose future scenarios 

Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate clearly and concisely 

Prior exposure providing testing deliverables within Agile and Scrum methodologies 

Experience with US Federal Government Projects 

Salesforce experience 

Jira, Confluence experience or equivalent
