If so, we need to talk.ICF Next is looking for an On-Call Print Producer to support our Creative Studio with overflow work . As an on-call/freelancer, you may work zero to 30 hours per week, depending on our workload. This position is remote and can be based anywhere within the United States.At ICF Next, we partner with exciting clients in the government and utility sectors, producing high-quality print materials that drive engagement and impact. Support public- and private-sector clients tackling issues like climate change, energy efficiency, public health, and more.
Manage production and procurement of materials, including POP, direct mail, brochures, reports, and specialty items.
Oversee high-value print jobs, ensuring efficiency and cost savings without compromising quality.
Develop print specs and obtain vendor estimates, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Work with internal teams to manage budgets and negotiate competitive pricing with vendors.
Ensure all production deadlines are met and address any challenges as they arise.
Professional Skills:
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, creative teams, and account teams.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask under tight deadlines.
Basic Qualifications:
10+ years of experience as a Print Producer, preferably in an agency environment.
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field). Applicants can substitute one year of experience for one year of education.
