Description:Support key functions related to asset inventory management as it relates to support centers to include: staging imaging, new hire onboarding provisioning, PC refresh, receipt of non-functional IT assets, inventory control, packing and shipping between buildings. Ensure that all inventory is properly accounted for and inventory levels are maintained.Functional ResponsibilitiesSupport onsite computer inventory levelsReview inventory counts and balance accuracy. Ensure that all inventory is properly accounted forAssist with asset deliveries, collectionsMaintain chain-of-custody from receipt of inventory through customer delivery using asset inventory management tools (ex. ServiceNow)Assist with imaging of computer inventory (Windows, Apple products), ensure inventory is stored properly and available for customer distributionPrepare non-functional IT equipment for disposalEnsure data-retention hold process is followed for all assets based on procedureAdditional RequirementsWork onsite with other essential personnel. Proof of COVID-19 vax required.Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs.Must be a self-starter, able to work independentlyAbility to work well with people from many difference disciplines with varying degrees of technical expertise. Work independently and manage workload at a high rate of speedInventory, equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills preferredLeads a standard for high-quality work by consistently meeting and exceeding performance goalsAbility to thrive on change as products evolveExcellent written, verbal communications and interpersonal skillsMust have a passion for customer serviceCompTIA A+ certification a plus
