Description Robert Half is teaming up with a hospital organization that is seeking a Reimbursement Manager to join its team. As the Reimbursement Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of the organization. They are seeking a skilled professional who excels in cost reporting, revenue cycle management, and financial statement knowledge. This is a full time, permanent role that will be able to be fully remote for the right person.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of cost reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage the reporting part of the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and reimbursement optimization.
Analyze financial statements to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance revenue generation and minimize costs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in reimbursement and financial management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
CPA preferred but will look at reimbursement Management experience
Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare reimbursement or financial management.
Strong understanding of cost reporting methodologies, reimbursement models, and revenue cycle processes.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
