Payroll Specialist

Description We are initiating a search for a Payroll Specialist to be a part of our renowned team in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry. This role is based in McLean, Virginia, United States. As a Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and regulate our payroll functions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the complete payroll process for accuracy and timeliness. Utilize Accounting Software Systems to process and manage payroll. Expertly handle ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient payroll management. Implement Ceridian and Dayforce for enhanced payroll processing and management. Undertake all accounting functions related to payroll including reconciliation and auditing. Handle accounts payable (AP) processes, ensuring all payments are made in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. Manage and process all benefit functions, ensuring all employees receive their entitled benefits. Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of payroll transactions. Resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly and professionally. Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must for the role. Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is required. Experience in using ADP Workforce Now is a prerequisite. Knowledge of Ceridian software is essential. Proficiency in Dayforce is desirable. Understanding of About Time software is a plus. Strong skills in Accounting Functions are necessary. Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is required. Expertise in Auditing is greatly valued.
