Develop, design, produce, and deliver visual products for print, presentation briefings, installation, web and/or other digital displays

Asses client objectives and expectations and advise client on project design, format, and dissemination

Serve as an advisor to customers for issues related to graphic and website design

Serve as an expert consultant on directorate-wide (or large scale) projects to enhance the user experience

Develop production schedules and project management

Create and implement a project strategy to ensure project design needs are met (creating, development, and maintenance of graphics/presentations/digital and/or print)

Facilitate virtual and in-person visualization and design concept meetings with customer

Proficiency in professional industry standards of design concepts, color theory, visualization, and typography

Demonstrate experience in branding and marketing identity

Work with customer team to develop and implement corporate and marketing brand strategy for Agency-wide audience

Implement a production workflow for graphic-related products; serve as a customer service PM between customer and other groups requiring design support

Demonstrate experience with customer service and project management skills

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Active TS/SCI Poly Clearance required

3+ years of Design software experience

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Must be willing to work fully onsite in McLean, VA

Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

3+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat Pro

Advanced experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strong creative portfolio

Strong editorial and grammar skills, demonstrated by at least one year of experience in copy-editing, print-publishing, or other formalized writing-heavy responsibilities

Experience with digital branding, data aggregation, graphic creation, data storage, and data manipulation tools
