Job Title: Field Project ManagerLocation: Manassas areaJob Description: The Field Project Manager is responsible for managing, developing, and implementing projects of varying complexity and size within the assigned functional area. They will partner with business stakeholders to ensure successful project completion.Key Responsibilities:
Lead multiple projects from inception to completion.
Facilitate project planning sessions with internal stakeholders to determine scope and objectives.
Establish project performance goals with business stakeholders.
Design project plans, develop timelines, identify milestones, and track performance against goals and timelines.
Identify, track, and resolve project issues in collaboration with team members.
Monitor and communicate project status to the project team.
Plan and monitor project budgets, conduct research and analysis, and provide input into project plans and timelines.
Manage project risks, identify areas of risk using quality tools, and work with the team to identify alternatives or solutions.
Document and share team learnings, drawing on other project team experiences to enhance project success.
Maintain project notes, databases, and records; communicate project status to stakeholders.
Identify and assign appropriate resources for project tasks; guide and coach team members and provide developmental feedback.

Additional Manager Notes:This role will manage local Digital Realty and NTT projects in the Manassas area. There are three Digital Realty data centers and a total of 140 95L generators, with ongoing commissioning through 2Q2025. NTT has two projects with 73 generators, with 17 already delivered and commissioning to complete by July 2024. The Project Manager will handle scheduling, commissioning, on-site meetings, issue resolution, resource scheduling, customer documentation, and on-site safety leadership. The role operates Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm.
