Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Manager, Nuclear Instrumentation in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Instrumentation and Controls Business Unit. This role primarily focuses on Incore design and manufacturing and Product Management for Nuclear Instrumentation products for the North American market. Your work will include:

Product Line responsibility for Nuclear Instrumentation products in North America.

Technical Document preparation and review, including: Lifecycle Plans, Quality Plans, Requirements Specifications, Proposals, Route Cards (guiding production activities), Test Plans, Procedures, and Reports.

Research & Development (R&D) of new products, technologies, and processes.

Collaboration with other Framatome I&C organizations, as well as other engineering organizations across Framatome as a whole, both locally and globally.

Ensuring effective performance on moderate to complex engineering and manufacturing tasks.

Ensuring projects, initiatives, and processes comply with established policies, objectives, budgets, and customer standards.

Defining and managing cost center budget.

Personnel hiring, development/training, and scheduling for project execution and budgetary goals for utilization.

Developing and/or administering organization engineering standards and procedures for the group.

Providing goals, objectives and standards of performance for assigned team members.

Works interactively with customers and clients to develop strong relationships.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $127,000 - $173,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
