As a Facilities Project Manager in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for managing all aspects of facilities related projects including overall project coordination, implementation, status reporting, resource planning and scheduling.

Ensures that projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, in adherence with quality and regulatory standards consistent with expectations. Typically responsible for one or more complex projects.

Develops governance standards and project metrics.

Implementation of muti-million dollars facilities construction projects, supporting company growth.

Provide project leadership, including management of the relationship with contractors and outside stakeholders and authorities at City, County and State levels, as applicable.

Planning and supervision of a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $73,000 - $96,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
