In this role, you will lead and manage a variety of IT projects, with a specific focus on initiatives involving Cloud Implementations and Migrations, Network Upgrades and Engineering, Cyber Hardening, Tools Automation and Integration, Data Management Services, IT Operations, and ITSM.HOW THE SR, PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, for a variety of IT projects.

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions and escalating as needed.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues and drive decisions across to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management

Infrastructure & Data Focus:

Manage projects related to network infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, security enhancements, and system integrations.

Oversee the development and implementation of service mapping initiatives to improve IT service delivery and transparency.

Lead projects involving the implementation and integration of solutions and tools.

Team Management:

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery, providing guidance and oversight on technical aspects.

Build and lead high-performing project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

Delegate tasks effectively, providing clear direction and support to team members.

Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching for continuous improvement.

Leadership & Communication:

Owns the outcomes

Exceptional leadership, a person that drives and leads the project team to success

Communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Sr.IT Project Manager, with a demonstrable track record of successful project delivery.​

Proven experience managing complex IT projects

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile, Scrum), tools, and best practices

Excellent planning, organizational, communications and time management skills.

IT Operations experience including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.

Understanding of Technical Infrastructure including:

Network infrastructure components, protocols, and security best practices.

Systems and Tools integration

Security Operations, including Authorization to Operate, Cyber Hardening & POA&Ms

Solid understanding of data analytics concepts, including data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization

PMP Certification required

​DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

SAFe Agile Certification a plus

8+ years of experience

Certifications in an of the following (Cloud, Cyber, Network, Security +a plus)

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
