Our Purpose: Bringing quality, safety, and sustainability to life.What are we looking for?The Project Manager is responsible for a variety of building physical assessment and building enclosure (BE) consulting, inspection, quality assurance and testing services. What you’ll do:

Property Condition Assessments (PCA) per ASTM E 2018 and handicap accessibility (ADA) surveys of varying complexity

Construction administration/draw review and building envelope site visits to inspect construction progress and adherence to project documents; includes follow up with timely reports

Review of architectural drawings, shop drawings and submittals pertaining to the building enclosure

Assist with/perform forensic investigations and documentation of existing conditions of BE components/systems including wall claddings, windows, curtain wall systems, roofs, skylights, plaza waterproofing and below grade elements

Prepare accurate and concise reports for assigned projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Architectural Engineering

2+ years of industry experience

Ability to read and understand architectural/construction drawings and specifications

Ability to perform office tasks and physical labor tasks

Ability to perform work from ladders, roof levels, etc.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to meet changing and strict deadlines

Sound computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCad) and writing skills (including English and grammar)

Ability to efficiently work on projects independently and in a team environment

Travel 2 to 3 days per week, typically (generally local/regional)

Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record is required

Must be physically able to climb ladders and be on their feet for up to 8 hours per day (at limited times) for inspections

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of industry experience

Extensive technical competence and ability to effectively communicate with clients, designers, contractors, and coworkers, both in writing and orally
