Assist candidates during on-site interviews to ensure a seamless experience.Recruitment Systems Management: Utilize Citizant's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), SmartRecruiters.Bulk Communications: Handle correspondence with applicants, including acknowledgment of applications, rejection notifications, and offer letters.Event Participation: Support and participate in recruiting events to attract top talent.Candidate Experience: Promote a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the hiring process.
