Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in platform development, integration, and digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow modules to enable and scale enterprise initiatives. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and strategic vision, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that streamline operations, enhance user experience, and drive measurable improvements in business processes.Key Responsibilities:Business Transformation Strategy:Advise on business process and service management best practices.Shape strategies for large-scale digital transformation initiatives across ServiceNow Core Services, ITSM, and SPM.Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies by customizing the platform.Integration Development:Design and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other technologies.Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures.Platform Customization and Development:Customize ServiceNow modules, including form configuration, UI design, and data models.Develop workflows, UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts using JavaScript and GlideScript.Build and maintain advanced flows using Flow Designer and Automation Engine.Communication and Collaboration:Communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences—from technical teams to C-suite executives—to:Define platform and integration requirementsTranslate business objectives into technical solutionsManage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress or risksPresent findings, roadmaps, and proposed solutions clearly and confidentlyLead customer-facing sessions, discovery workshops, and status briefings.Training and Documentation:Develop and deliver user training sessions or supporting materials for business users and technical teams.Maintain clear technical documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
