Position Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, including at least one successful Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) implementation and possession of the HRSD Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification. This position plays a key role in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions in alignment with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices.The developer will be primarily responsible for developing new modules or enhancing existing features based on user stories approved by government stakeholders, including support for data load and configuration activities.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop ServiceNow solutions and capabilities, including custom applications, workflows, and modules, in alignment with project requirements and approved user stories.Execute full SDLC tasks including requirements analysis, solution design, development, unit testing, and documentation.Implement and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules based on user stories and best practices, ensuring compliance with the HRSD CIS standards.Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and fellow developers to refine user stories and deliver high-quality functionality.Evaluate and execute data load and configuration needs using engineering practices and scripting as required.Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow platform or specific HRSD configurations.Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in accordance with Agile/Scrum practices.Ensure alignment with security, architecture, and compliance standards defined by government stakeholders.
