Business Applications Specialist

Work directly with the Senior Director, Enterprise Technology, performing the following duties:Manage and configure SaaS business applications to align with business requirements.Provide end-user support, training, and guidance on application functionality and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and process improvements.Act as a liaison between the organization and SaaS vendors for issue resolution and feature requests.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, workflows, and processes.Monitor application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve reliability and efficiency.Analyze business processes and recommend technology solutions to optimize operations.Ensure data integrity and security across business applications.
