- Functional Business Analyst role will support the upgrade and technical implementation of software product delivery within ServiceNow.
- Interface with team members, users, and clients, develop a thorough understanding of their requirements and then apply industry best practices and detailed knowledge of the software to ensure the client's business process are maintained and functional requirements are continued to be met.
