Job Title : Scrum Master with data migration/data integration

Job Location : Arlington, Virginia, USA

Job Type : Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Skill : Candidate should have some prior experience on scrum managing Azure Data projects. If not, at least Data Integration / migration projects.

Scrum Master Organize and facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings and do a quick inspection for proper use of adaptation process.

Facilitate team for better creativity and improve the efficiency of the development team.

Collaborate and help product owners to keep the product backlogs in good shape and make them ready for the next sprint.

Should be able to forecast the numbers of deliverables possible in an iteration, which is based on evidence and reliable source.

Expert in estimation and planning and knows how to create useful, reliable and practical plans for software development projects.

Should be a good coach in Agile practices and coach individuals over processes and tools.

Help team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.
