DescriptionICF seeks an experienced Program Management Analyst who will directly support a federal cybersecurity client’s project management duties and strategic initiatives. The Program Management Analyst will be responsible for supporting and tracking projects related to the coordination of cybersecurity operations across the federal government. This includes developing project plans, tracking deliverables, coordinating with the client team, and briefing contract and client leadership on a regular basis.The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:

Serve as programmatic support to the client team to ensure tasks and projects are appropriately prioritized, tracked, and completed on time and at a high level of quality

Log and address internal requests and/or tasks

Monitor, triage, and address requests for information received from external and internal stakeholders

Support Project Management Review (PMR) meetings

Provide preparation, platform, and administrative support for events and meetings, including assisting in the capture of meeting minutes and action items

Recommend and develop process improvements and solutions for common programmatic and strategic tasks to increase efficiency of operations and reduce administrative burden

Support recurring (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly) reporting efforts, as well as the development of reporting and dashboard requirements, solutions, and automations

Key Requirements:

US Citizen with an active Public Trust clearance (required by federal contract); must be willing and able to obtain and maintain a high level clearance

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

3+ years of professional experience, preferably in supporting a federal government agency

Successful candidates will have:

Experience creating and maintaining effective task-tracking solutions and processes, to include triaging incoming tasks and identifying process improvements

Experience in developing and/or implementing knowledge management and ticketing solutions, with preference for experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and ServiceNow

Experience developing, maintaining, and optimizing key performance indicators, reports, dashboards, data visualizations, analytics, and other reporting solutions, with preference for experience with Excel, Power BI, Jira, and/or similar platforms

Experience setting up and supporting Microsoft Teams conferencing/events for large audiences

Working knowledge of project management concepts

Ability to learn and support administration of information-sharing platforms (e.g. Slack)

Experience in drafting or contributing to strategic documents, project artifacts, and leadership reports

Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in everyday writing (e.g., email)

Ability to understand customer/partner needs and respond effectively, contextualizing and adjusting communications as appropriate to the needs, interests, and understanding of the recipient/audience
