We are seeking a Supplier Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Principal Supply Chain Manager to lead the Supplier DEI program for Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the success of diverse and small businesses in ATS’s supply chain and have extensive experience in scaling programs in matrixed, complex organizations. In addition to managing existing initiatives, this role will be responsible for expanding the program to additional countries and organizations within ATS. This role will work across numerous internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Marketing, Product & Tech, Legal, Finance, and Supplier DEI leaders from other Amazon Business Units) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, certification organizations, and other partners).Key job responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to expand the Supplier DEI program to additional supplier types and countries (beyond North America) Identify and execute opportunities to scale existing initiatives (e.g., certification, mentorship) to more suppliers Collaborate with Supplier DEI leaders across Amazon to develop governance processes and share best practices Partner with Marketing, Product & Tech, Legal, and other teams to develop and implement new mechanisms to attract and engage diverse suppliers Oversee development of monthly reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with visibility at the highest level of the corporation; identify and implement reporting efficiencies Identify, foster, and maintain strategic external partnerships and resources to support the success of diverse suppliers Serve as the external face of ATS’s Supplier DEI program at conferences, town halls, and other forums Support Sales teams with program information for request for proposals (RFPs) and other business opportunities Audit the communications and reporting processes of the team to ensure we’re raising the bar for supplier experienceWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Arlington, VA, USA | Atlanta, GA, USA | Bellevue, WA, USA | Nashville, TN, USA | Tempe, AZ, USABasic Qualifications

7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience

7+ years of program or project management experience

7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience

7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience

5+ years of supply chain experience

Bachelor's degree

Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization

Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

2+ Years in Supplier Diversity experience

Proficiency with Quicksight

The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market.
