Establish and maintain the Policy, Enterprise, and Configuration Management Technical Standards Strategy and Roadmap based on business, service, and operational needs and strategies

Facilitate Policy, Enterprise, and Configuration Management Technical Standards annual maturity assessments. Provide direction for the work of multiple consultants. Prepare materials to mentor the organization on concepts, policies and procedures, compliance and resolution of issues, as required.

Continually improve process execution using automated means wherever possible and clearly document responsibilities and expectations of Service Owners or other stakeholders where manual maintenance is necessary.

Map existing policy, standards, configuration guides, system and procedure guides against regulatory requirements. Documents and implements configuration and process improvements and control documentation.

Reviews Policy, Enterprise, and Configuration Management Technical Standards revisions in a formalized change control process to develop and alter policies, standards, and configuration guides to ensure consistency and compatibility against regulatory requirements while balancing the needs of the corporation.

Manages and facilitates meetings and presentations effectively and professionally to report progress and any issues. Prioritizes, plans, and organizes with Senior Leadership to ensure high quality results are completed on time

Here's What You Need:

7+ years’ experience documenting security policies, or equivalent security configuration guides, with a focus on government and/or contract documentation.

Experienced in eliciting requirements from business users to define and document project requirements, with the ability to perform business analysis and translate the outcome into definable software functionality

Superb written and verbal English language communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills; able to communicate and influence peers, directors, and executives; to set clear expectations and realistic goals. Expert in the presentation of configuration ideas, status, solutions, and results

Meticulous attention to detail. Exceptional analytical, problem solving, negotiation, and collaboration skills, based upon goal and results orientation. Process driven, with proven ability to plan and execute multiple concurrent projects

Superior task management skills, with the ability to work under pressure, independently, or as part of a team in situations in which multiple priorities are likely

Knowledge of computer software systems and applications and database set-up and management. Expert in the use of Word, Excel, Visio, and other tools used for documentation and reporting purposes including MS Excel, MS Access, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project (or other related project management software).

Bonus Points if you have:

Experience working with and maintaining a GRC Tool

Experience using JIRA/Confluence

Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro

Certificates and/or degree in a technical domain

Familiarity with Agile Methodologies
