DescriptionThe Transparency program builds on a simple yet powerful idea of deploying unique serial codes to trace units in the supply chain and eliminate defects including counterfeits. The Transparency program is used by tens of thousands of brands, including brands with a global presence as well as small to medium brands to prevent counterfeits across Amazon stores.We’re looking for a finance manager who can partner with the Transparency team and evaluate pricing strategy, identify business and financial opportunities and manage the P&L. 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
5+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
5+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience
5+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
5+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
MBA, or CPA
Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
Experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results

The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
