DescriptionCybersecurity Partner Strategist (CLEARED)ICF seeks a Cybersecurity Partner Strategist who will directly support a federal cybersecurity client’s day-to-day programmatic and stakeholder engagement needs with private industry partners. The Cybersecurity Partner Strategist is an engagement specialist who will be responsible for supporting activities related to engaging and building relationships with external and internal stakeholders for the purpose of supporting cybersecurity operational collaboration. This includes providing support for coordination of client engagements, liaising with client team members and their stakeholders, and providing programmatic and strategic support to the project. The position is a hybrid role and on-site work will be conducted in Arlington, VA.Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders, including senior client leadership

Coordinate planning of project-related meetings and activities with stakeholders

Support development of reports, work instructions, project documents, and other program materials as needed

Review, edit, and update written products on an ongoing basis with high attention to detail

Carry out complex assignments and activities, collaborating at all levels throughout the client agency while frequently reporting to and briefing Senior Agency Leadership on progress and accomplishments

Coordinate and brief colleagues and internal partners to ensure all parties are aligned on actions and expectations

Work with the client lead to organize and track key project deadlines, metrics, and deliverables

Contribute to the design, implementation, and management of workflow processes to support efforts to continuously improve project management and organization

Act as point of contact for the client for your areas of responsibility and provide prompt, substantive and comprehensive responses to all client needs and requests

Provide feedback about challenges and successes and troubleshoot any barriers encountered within the assigned tasks

Provide engagement support to the client with other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

US Citizenship and active clearance (required by federal contract)

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Minimum of three (3) years of experience providing support to a federal government program, with preference to DHS programs or initiatives

Successful candidates will have:

Experience working across government and other organizations to meet goals and objectives  

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to brief senior-level clients

Flexibility and willingness to shift based on the client’s developing needs

Strong technical and plain writing and editing skills

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating the initiative to complete projects with minimum supervision

Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Project 

Demonstrated customer service orientation with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
